What is Recovery Room?
Recovery Room is a premium space dedicated to contrast therapy, wellness and recovery. We offer infrared sauna, cold plunges, and guided contrast therapy to help you reset, recharge, and perform at your best.
Do I need to be a member to use the Recovery Room?
No membership is required – sessions are open to everyone. However, members of Reformer Collective & ROX can enjoy a discount.
How long are the sessions?
The session itself is 60 minutes, the perfect length to experience the full benefits of contrast therapy, but you’re welcome to stay and use the shower facilities after your timeslot.
What do I need to bring?
Just swimwear and a towel. (Towels are compulsory to sit on when inside the sauna). We provide Cowshed toiletries in the showers and the basics you need to be able to freshen up after your session.
Forgotten your towel? Rent one for £1, just ask us when you check in.
Can I bring friends?
Yes! Sessions can be booked as small groups – there are up to 3 people per timeslot and maximum 6 people in the space at one time. Sharing the experience is encouraged!
Is contrast therapy safe for everyone?
Most people can safely enjoy contrast therapy; however, if you have heart conditions, very high or low blood pressure, or other medical concerns, please consult your doctor first. Recovery Room is not suitable if you are pregnant.
How do I book a session?
All bookings are made via our website or app. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Is there a right way to do contrast therapy?
There’s no single “right” way. Our team can guide you through our recommended protocols, whether you’re aiming for performance recovery, immune support, or pure relaxation.
How cold are the cold plunges?
Our plunges are typically set between 5-8°C. They’re designed to challenge you, but always within safe and supportive limits.
What temperature are the saunas?
Our infrared saunas run between 55-65°C, providing a deeply therapeutic heat that’s gentler, but penetrates the body further than traditional dry saunas.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance without charge.
Do you have shower facilities?
Yes, we provide premium showers and changing areas stocked with Cowshed toiletries & luxury amenities.
